Carson palmer, jason campbell, or tavaris jackson at QB for week one fantasy football??

Also, does anyone know if espn fantasy football allows you to play multiple QBs if they have different game days for the week. (Like Jason Campbell plays this Thursday, will it allow me to start him for thursday, bench him after the game and then bring in Palmer for Sunday and use Jackson for Monday?)
