Should I transfer to University of Michigan?

I really want to get into the medical school at U of M. I'm currently going to Oakland University. I have a 3.95. Do I have a better chance spending the full 4 years at Oakland and applying to U of M medical school or should I transfer junior or senior year? Thanks.
