Is this the reason cavs fans want a title so badly?

I did some research and realized the city of cleveland has had almost no success in sports. The Indians have not won a world series since 1948, the browns have never won the superbowl or made it there, and the cavs have never won a championship and only made 1 appearance which they were swept in 07 and they've only been really good recently so is this the reason why their fans are desperate for a championship?
