If the boiler fires and starts modulating then the ignition circuit would appear to be fine.If the ignition electrode continues to spark right up until shut down then i would suspect a fault on the ignition circuit.If the boiler continues to fire after the ignition spark stops then i could be something as simple as a temperature thermistor.

I did an experiment which was putting a sprinkle of KMnO4 into a Petri dish of distilled water. The idea was to place the sprinkle in the middle of the dish and measure how far the KMnO4 moves out during a 20 second time span. We repeated the experiment a few times with a cap placed over the petri dish, and a few times without a cap. With the cap off, the KMnO4 moved faster than when the cap was placed on.What i want to know is, where's the catch here? is it limiting oxygen? or does it have anything to do with pressure?

I have been dieting and exercising for 7 weeks?

And not losing any weight!!! I am a weightloss surgery patient. I started at 275 and currently I weigh 180. I am stoked about the weightloss, but getting really frustrated. For the past 7-8 weeks I have been dieting and exercising like crazy. I eat around 1000 calories a day and I exercise about 5 times a week. I get nowhere!!! I have only gained 1 lb of lean muscle m and haven't lost crap. Why would this be? I keep teetering between 180 and 181.5 back and forth back and forth from almost 2 months now! Chinchillas and Carefresh Pet Bedding is it safe?

I just switched from using kiln dried pine shavings for bedding for my chinchillas to Carefresh bedding which is made from pulp. When I put the bedding in they both grabbed some and nibbled on it. I couldn't tell if they actually ingested it or if they were just curious about it. They did this for just a few minutes and then went back to doing other things. My question is...should I keep the new bedding and is it safe? Or should I go back to the shavings? I'm hoping to get answers from other chinchilla owners or other pet owners who have used the Carefresh bedding. Thanks for your help!

Is it normal for a husband to not be interested in ?

My husband and I have been married for a year and he shows little interest in . He and I get along well and we enjoy spending time with each other. In fact, we cuddle and watch television together on a regular basis. I do not believe my husband is cheating on me because he is at work during the day (and yes, I know he's actually at work) and he spends all evening with me. He is loving and will cuddle with me, give me back rubs, kiss me, etc. but seldom wants . We tried to conceive for a year and then I started to get hurt and upset every time I would get a "negative" on my pregnancy tests. We had sex a lot more often when we were actively trying to conceive. Now that we're just being relaxed about conceiving we don't have sex as often. Have just remove the gl and filter from my efr 40 single fuel line oil boiler and now it wont fire up.?

My Peruvian stepdad always complains about the rudeness of U.S. youth. Aren't most Gen.-Ys the same worldwide?

Or is it a cultural thing that he just has to get used to? Like, he always talks about how polite and friendly young people from Peru are. That they respect their elders, that they always make conversation with older family members, they're helpful, etc... whereas, according to his observations, we are cold, we barely greet our elders, we have no manners, etc. While it is true that young people from his country are definitely more gregarious from what I've seen, I don't see how this is necessarily better. To me they seem rather forward. Like, his nieces don't even know me, and they tell me things like "I love you so much, cousin!" over email. And my mom was oh-so-charmed when she visited Peru for the first time and all the girls were calling her "Aunt" and telling her how much they love her. Isn't that a bit too...loaded and heavy with syrup? How can you love somebody you have never met? I don't shower my mom with such attentions, but I know that if she ever needs me I'll be the first one to be there for her. Likewise, I never use the word "love" as freely as they seem to do over there. And yeah, maybe my husband, my peers, and I are not good at making friendships with older people, talking about irrelevant things just to "prove" we are gregarious, and we don't fake smiles as easily as they do... But why is that bad? They are not very different from us over there, but they are better hypocrites. Like, my stepdad always boasts that in Peru they are good girls and don't date until they are done with their studies.... but boy, if you saw their Hi5 pages (Hi5 seems to be a bigger hit over there, as Facebook is to us), you would see them in their cutesy G-strings and dating interracially-- which apparently is a no-no in Peru-- very racist country it seems-- ANYWAY, they do all this all behind their parents' backs. A very natural thing, but it bothers me when my stepdad always talks about how much more polite and proper and "better" they are in Peru. Ha. Better hypocrites, that is.

Can't seem to attract a girlfriend and I'm really getting depressed?

I'm getting so tired of this. I'm 32 years old now and haven't had a girlfriend or ual relationship for years now. And I don't understand it. I'm a good looking guy, with lots going for me. Good job, gaining wealth, responsible, driven, honest, have many interests that I am pionate about, and I'm overall an exceedingly good person. But it doesn't seem to be enough. Women in general seem to be ridiculously picky with unrealistic standards, and the slightest flaws seem to be dealbreakers. For instance, I consider myself to be plenty confident, but shy and quiet, which seems to be my achilles heel. They aren't willing to put up with a little initial shyness and a few awkward silences to wait to see what good things lie underneath. It seems to be a dealbreaker time and time again. Yet I see guys with much less going for them than I have and they are gainfully involved with great women. I rarely meet single women who seem interested in me initially. Often, I'll give a friendly smile to a girl stranger and most of the time all I get back in exchange is a dirty look, or a sharp look away. Other times I break out of my shy shell and try to start friendly conversation with a girl stranger, and the vibe i get in return is "why are you talking to me?" Many women say they want a confident, nice guy to approach them with a "hi!"...but in reality it never works. Paradoxically, sometimes a girl stranger will tell me I'm cute or have pretty eyes, but then will act uninterested when I try to start friendly conversation with them, as if I have somehow disappointed their expectations of me. On the rare occasion that I do get a date (usually through an introduction by a friend), they seldom continue to show interest beyond the first or second date, and usually I never see them again, or they continue talking to me on phone or email but blow me off every time I try to set up another meeting. Happens time and time again. Yet these same women end up sleeping with some other complete zeros at the drop of a hat. It makes no sense. Everyone says "don't worry, be patient, the right one will come along sooner than you think and appreciate who you are." I've been waiting for YEARS. Nothing has changed or improved. I've done everything I know how to do...put myself out there in the middle of as many social situations as I can find, show interest in girls I like (being very careful not to come across as desperate or needy), and I get either rejected from first eye contact, or kicked to the curb after the first date or two. What are women looking for that I don't have? I honestly don't know, and none of my friends or family seem to know either. Women seem to want it all, most of which I have, but still, the slightest dumb comment that comes out of my mouth, awkward silence, or whatever other trite flaw is enough to disqualify me and eclipse all the good stuff. Yet I see guys with virtually nothing going for them with women whom I would die to be with. The frustration is supreme, you can't even begin to imagine. And there are times when I want to just give up. It's really been affecting every other area of my life, in a bad way. Everybody says "women are attracted to confidence." As I said, I think I am amply confident, I'm not Eeyore. But on the other hand, how can one expect a person to maintain high confidence when they are faced with constant rejection? I make these delicious onion crustinis that people go nuts over. Caramelize onions in er and olive oil for about 15 minutes. Then stir in diced olives, fresh or dried thyme, and either some anchovies or a little caesar salad dressing for a little extra flavor. Finally, when the whole mixture is heated through cut a large baguette in half long ways and put it on a baking sheet. (short strides= acceleration)(long = top speed) also do some 60 meter sprints and then see your time since that's when every one seems to start struggling so if you have a time for 60 meters then you can work on the last 40 meters which is were you lose most the time.

Waiting for my period after taking plan b?

Help help help.. Condom broke april 30th (sat) took plan b early in the am on tue. around the tenth or so i spotted a little.. not too much just that on day. I took a pregnancy test yesterday, it's neg. I still have not got my period.. yesterday was abut the time I should have got it. I get at least 9 hours of sleep everyday, drink tons of water, but they are still there! I'm pretty sure it is hereditary since my mom and grandma have them too. I wish they could all do their time in the nastiest, most foul prisons we have!! Like some here say, I hate that we still pay for their food and roof while in jail, but I've heard enough about how when we deport them they just turn around and head back and keep doing so until they make it in. If enough of them got nailed with long jail terms, maybe it would be a deterrent. If, as some say, their main reason for coming is because they have families in Mexico that are reliant on their support, well they sure aren't helping their families much while their s are in jail, are they? Their families would have been much better off had they tried to find a job in Mexico or at least applied through the proper procedures to come legally - not to mention all the money many of them give to the coyotes to get here, as well. I believe this is a step in the right direction and even if we have to pay for their support in jail, if the sentences are long enough and the jail conditions are bad enough, it will so act as a deterrent when word starts getting around to other would-be illegals. Give 'em HARD TIME!! Build that fence FAST! No more stupid talk about "possible amnesty" because all that does is encourage more to try to come! Also, get on with nailing the employers hard, as well!

I think my 4 month old has a cold, what should I use?

We are all sick in my house (welcome to Winter in Michigan!) and now I think my 4 month old has a cold too. He sounds really congested, is sneezing, coughing, and has a really bad runny nose with lots of boogers. No fever though (thank god!). What should I do for him? He is also teething. Couple of questions about pneumonia?

I have been to my dr. actually 2 different drs. over the past 3 weeks. I have been sick since then. It started with an allergy attack which turned into a sinus infection, and now I have a constant wet cough. The last time I went to my dr. he listened to my chest and said it sounds clear whatever that means. I didn't have the wet cough then. I do now and I am coughing up mostly clear but sometimes green sputum. I am on mucinex DM also. I have a slight wheeze that comes and goes, no fever. My oxygen level at the dr. was 97-99, so is it possible that I could have pneumonia and the dr. not know? Is it more likely bronchitis from my sinus infection? I will be seeing the dr. again, but I am worried in the meantime that I may have pneumonia and not know it.

I was granted full legal and physical custody of my daughter back in 2004. The summer of 2006 I let my daughter visit her mother in Illinois, he mother never returned her to me. (I live in Alaska) At first I thought it might be good for them to spend some time together since her mom was doing much better and I was preparing to move, so I told her she could stay there for the school year. Well, come summer 2007 her mom refused to send my daughter back. I've tried getting help from both AK police and state troopers, and Illinois sheriffs department. Nobody can help me or tell me the proper way of getting my daughter back. They keep moving every three or four months that I can't track them down. How can I get help? Who should I report this too, as law enforcement doesn't seem to care?
