How much should i sell my Triumph Spitfire for?

I have a 1980 Triumph spitfire, it runs but it has some electrical issues, needs work on the clutch, and needs some new upholstery and a new soft top. i don't have the time or money to fix it up anymore. I love this car but i dont expect too much money from it considering its less than perfect condition. I'm a bit lost as to how much to sell it for, i don't want to overprice or underprice.
