If the ice caps are melting then why can't we send Denvor's 4feet + of snow to the ice caps to reflect ...

more of the heat? Black takes in heat white sends it back. With the ozone melting the ice caps and exposing vast amounts of deep dark black-ish water sucking in more heat if we(mostly the government or people with fridgerated trucks) send Denvor's snow and spread it out as much as possible to increase the surface area while mantianing 2-3 inches of snow the help keep the cold and reflect light/heat. What is needed to be done to move the snow? (I'm guessing Denvor won't miss it)
