Does anyone know how to make a round pot holder?

I went to a craft fair today and saw a round fabric potholder. It wasn't knitted or crocheted by made of fabric. The top had a strap to put your hand in that looked somewhat like the top of a flip flop or thong. It was so cute and very simple. I should have bought one for the pattern but of course I didn't. Does someone know how to make one of these. I have looked at all the web sites and the round ones are knitted or crocheted. I want the fabric kind thank you for looking
