How much should i expect for my ring?

it weights about 8-10 grams i believe the stamp read 14k though it is wornout so i am not to sure surrounded by gems all of the same color but the quality of each gem seems to be different though as they do appear to be ruby red yet with light shined on it some appear light purple and red on the backside making me think some are possibly ruby while the could be amethyst based on the light purple color that can be seen and the other being red or they are just different quality stone
