Rapture,what does it mean?

Ive heard that jesus will come for his people.My aunt told me that the people who have made jesus there savior will be saved.And to survive you would have to get the mark of beast to eat which means that ur selling ur soul to the devil right?And i can't change!It' really hard for me to change.i want to stop cussing i want to top being mean to my mom and everyone.I want jesus to be my savior i want him to be there for his people and me!I want jesus christ to come into my heart and hlp me change.I saw pion of the christ couple of weeks ago.It made me think so much,of how he gave up his life for us and me.And i think to myself of how bad i feel for not reading the bible and not going to chuch i feel like a bad preson.im not...Please help me in any way?
