ROTC scholarship dependent upon the specific college?

I am a sopre in high school with a cl rank in the top 1% and all varsity athletics since freshman year. I want to become an aviation officer, and go through the ROTC program during college. If I am accepted into an ivy league school, will it be more difficult to recieve an ROTC scholarship than if I were attending a less prestigous school (uming the ivy league has an rotc program)?
