So while I have been making jams and conserves for some time now, I have recently taken to preserving other foods such as gs (that's what I did today) and tomatoes and beans. My question is how long can they sit in my pantry before they are considered expired? I have a huge garden and tons of things I would like to can but I am not sure how long things will stay good for. Any advice is great. Thanks.
